Privacy Policy

NEXGENESYS LLC (“NEXGENESYS,” “we,” “us”) provides the NEXGENESYS Growth Engine, a software platform that helps businesses understand and grow using their own data (the “Service”), along with related consulting services, through nexgenesys.com and app.nexgenesys.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information. Your name, email address, and organization details when you create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
  2. Business Information You Provide. Business profile details, goals, key performance indicators (KPIs, the numbers you track), competitor lists, meeting notes, and other content you or your team enter into the Service.
  3. Connected Service Data (Read-Only, With Your Authorization). When you choose to connect a supported service, we collect the data needed to show you your own analytics:
    • Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console: website traffic, conversions, search impressions, clicks, and average position.
    • Social media insights, when you connect them: Facebook Page insights, Instagram professional account insights, TikTok business account statistics, and LinkedIn Page analytics, such as follower counts, reach, impressions, and engagement for accounts you own and authorize.
    All connections are read-only. We cannot post, message, reply, or change anything on your connected accounts, and we only access accounts you explicitly authorize.
  4. Usage and Log Data. Basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and feature usage) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  5. Cookies and Site Analytics. Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our sites. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Information

  1. To provide the Service: dashboards, analytics, plans, recommendations, and reports for your business.
  2. To generate insights with artificial intelligence (AI). Portions of your business data are processed by our AI provider through its business API (application programming interface) to produce recommendations and summaries. Under our provider’s commercial terms, data submitted through the business API is not used to train their models.
  3. To create aggregated, anonymized statistics and benchmarks that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your business.
  4. To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
  5. To communicate with you about the Service, including summaries and notifications you can control.

What We Do Not Do

  1. We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
  2. We do not share one client’s identifiable data with another client.
  3. We do not post or act on your connected accounts. Access is read-only.
  4. We do not access accounts you have not authorized, and we do not collect competitor social media data through your connections.

How We Protect Information

Access tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest. Client data is isolated per organization with database-level access controls, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we protect your information using industry-standard measures.

Service Providers

We use a small set of providers to operate the Service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), transactional email (Resend), and the platform APIs you choose to connect (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function.

Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Disconnect Anytime. You can disconnect any connected service in the app at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens and stops all further collection from that service.
  2. Deletion Requests. To request deletion of stored data from a connected platform (including Facebook or Instagram data) or deletion of your entire account, email info@nexgenesys.com from your account email address. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
  3. We retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information. To exercise these rights, contact info@nexgenesys.com. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and notify you of material changes through the Service or by email.
